San Melia’s amenities were designed with resort-style living in mind.  Our sand beach pool combines the benefits of a well-maintained pool with a beach feel.  Cabanas with lounge furniture are located in various areas around the deck to provide shade; and a soothing waterfall lends an exotic touch.  There are also two spas for relaxation, plus a ping pong table and two bar areas with flat-screen TVs for socializing.

Several BBQ areas, featuring gas grills, are located throughout the community, and the accompanying cabanas provide a shady spot to rest.

The fitness center is open 24-hours with personal TVs on each treadmill and elliptical machine.  You can also play tennis or volleyball any time with lighted, 24-hour courts.
