Cat 2 _ $45.00 $350.00 _ Small pets (30lbs or less) are $45/month with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350. Large pets (31lbs or more) are $65/month with with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350. Monthly pet rent and one-time fee are per pet. Maximum of two pets per apartment. 
Dog 2 _ $45.00 $350.00 _ Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
